Nikki- I'm a military wife and heard about Nikki's 30 minute workout in our monthly
newsletter. I ordered and I use the DVD 3-4 times a week and LOVE it! -Cheryl |

Nikki,
I just watch the video and I LOVE IT!! You did an amazing
job. I love that you can
put different music to it and that you use captions so that we can follow you easily.

Nikki- I saw your workout playlists, and I googled Military wife workout,
found your dvd on amazon, and decided to look for your website.
I am expecting #2, hopefully on her
June due date, and want to get back in
shape as soon as I can after this!-Monique

Hi
Nikki!! I just purchased your Military Wife Workout DVD. First of
all, I love the DVD! I'm an Air Force wife and mother of 3 kids under
age 5, and have let myself go a lot. My scales is now reaching 200 lbs, and
I'm only 5'2"! Thank you for your time and such a great video!
Sincerely,
ChubbyAFW

Nikki - thanks so much for sending the DVD and the columns!
Your workout is
GREAT! The first time I did it I thought, "Wow! I'm doing the whole thing! I feel so fit!"
I was SORE the next day! But it is absolutely effective.
Thanks again! Great job!

i just bought the mww and i love it! i however am the opposite of most military wives in the sense that when my husband
is away i have nothign better to do than
work out but, as soon as he
gets home its +10lbs for sure! this dvd was a challange and its great that you are able to increase the weight with time so,
it continues
to challange you! Thank you!
-------------------------------
You should know that I was quite surprised to find your video as challanging
as it was, esp when it came to working on abs. I have been involved in a few "boot camp" programs at the Y
and for some reason (even though i have left ever baby fat where my abs should be) I have always had a hard time with it,
they never feel like they're being worked...and the fact that you add weight to your workout is so awesome. It really
makes a difference. As far as, the music i listen to, for the most part ive been putting your dvd in the computer and
finding a dance station on the i tunes radio to listen to, i just flip through the stations until i find the right song. I
hate running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, however, i noticed that if ive got something really fast paced to listen to, then i run faster,
and if the next song is slower thats it...its over! In all honesty...and please dont laugh, i usually start my run with
the pulp fiction theme song. (although sometimes i catch myself keeping the beat with my run and bobbing my head to the music),
but, whatever, it works for me. Thanks for an awesome work out video. My goal is to lose 10-15lbs so, my husband and
I can start trying for a second child. I've already told my sister about the dvd, and am bringing it with me next
week to visit my mom in colorado! I'm excited to be on your mailing list and cant wait for tips and nutrion facts! Sorry,
if my response was long winded, I am just so excited to start working out again!! Thanks again. Yoko

Hi Nikki - thanks so much for sending the video - it is
a great
workout!!!!
I was finally able to do it, and think it really hits
all the muscle groups very well - something I really need now that
I'm 39 and my body is changing.... boo
hoo! The other great thing
about it is that it is only 30 minutes..... now I can even do a
comprehensive workout during my lunch, which is only 30
minutes.
Thank
you again!

i just got my video
today in the mail and used it for the first time just a little bit ago. it kicked my butt!!! lol sometimes the video
goes a little too fast for me so i have to pause it so i can finish the move before i start your next one. i was definitely
getting sweaty and had my heart pumping through most of it. i am soo out of shape! lol im going to try and use it like 4 days
a week. since my hubby is currently deployed and we are having a big wedding when he gets back i want to lose weight
and look good when he gets back. im hoping your dvd will help me reach that goal. thanks so much for creating this video!

Nikki,
Thanks for the suggestions. The part that hurt the most were my inner
thighs and my butt to be honest. It took them three days before
it wasfeeling much better.
Ok, keep laughing because I know it is funny. I willtry your video modified as you said and see if it helps. I guess this is
just one of those times that you realize how out of shape
you really are,deal with
it and keep doing it so you get into better shape.
I
will be in touch with my results.

========================
I am not a Military wife, I am a Military
Mom and will be trying your DVD, it is very
frusterating trying to adjust with a daughter in the Navy who will deploy on the ground
this time, previously she had been on the USS Enterprise.
I am so proud of her and all she has done and how hard
she works - as they all do.
I have joined a gym, but not working out to much there lately.
I saw your
dvd on Military.com and thought it would be good to get some of the frusterations
out and I will get in good shape at
the same time.
I enjoyed the letters on your website, what a joy it must be for you knowing the difference
physically (then the emotional follows) you are making in their lives.
Take care, I always pray
for all our Men and Women serving our Great Country and those who
are here to pick up the pieces and continue with our
lives while our Loved ones are not here with us.
Prayers always-- S

Hi Nikki,
I just wanted to
let you know that I really loved your article on military.com and I also enjoyed your website.
I am a Marine wife
going through deployment #3.
Each one has been different, but this one has been the most rewarding. In five
months,
I have lost 50 pounds!
I am dangerously close to my goal, but it's not about just the weight.
There has not been a quick fix or miracle pill.
It has been a lot of hard work and a complete lifestyle change.
I am in such a healthier place now than I ever have been.
I think of the other deployments where loneliness
led to overeating and overdrinking which led to more loneliness and the cycle continued.
I don't know what
it took to see the problem, but I am glad I did.
Your article was right on in regards to deployment and that being
the time to start up a new lifestyle.
Good physical health breeds good mental health which is a must for the challenges
that a military spouse faces.
I started out doing this for my husband and ended up doing it for myself because
I see now more than ever
that my insecurity played a major role in some of our relationship difficulties.
Well, I just wanted
to share part of my story and say thank you for the great article.

Dear Nikki,
I just saw your Military.com fitness tips, your website, and
your info on the MWW video you made.
I would like to know how to obtain a copy of the video - I put
on
20 lbs while my husband was deployed, and need to take it off
ASAP, as he is back now, to 20 lbs more of me than when
he left!!
I have 3 kids (9, 11, and 13), work full time, and am very
active within our Brigade and our Regional
Readiness Command with
Family Readiness. I love to work out and do various cardio activities -
but just feel
like I don't have the time, not to mention, a lot
of the videos seem boring, and getting to a gym at a scheduled
time
has proven difficult with my schedule and the activities our
kids are involved in.
HELP!!!!!
(smile) I am interested in seeing your video, and
hoping that it will work - I do not want to resort to any of
the
diet pills, as they are not long-lasting..... only lifestyle
change is! But, I need a jumpstart.....
Thanks, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Nikki,
I read your "Holiday Nutrition and
Fitness Tips" column on
military.com today.
My husband just returned from a 15 month overseas
deployment
(and at only 4-month into our marriage).
Your plan is truly achievable and very motivating. I lost 30 pounds while he
was
away
by working out and planning my meals, with nutrition in mind,
before breakfast. Now
that we are together again, we are more on the
same page with working out and eating right together.
Since we
are
both now fit and active, it has made the transition back together
much easier. I could speak volumes to the
benefits of this plan, but
Ill leave it at that.
I cant wait to read more of your columns and
tips.
Happy holidays,
S

Congrats on keeping your self healthy
and beautiful for
your husband.
Not that having a good body is what keeps your husband
around, it definitely
helps. My husband is in the Coast Guard and
I'm ex Navy.
While I was in the Navy my usual weight
was 160 on a
5ft 6in frame. Two kids later I my weight is 185.
I would be happy
if I could get back
down to 160 but my goal is 140! I know I could
do it if I had a personal trainer but that option is just out the
window.
I'm looking forward to your site in hopes that I can make
myself feel and look better.
But my ultimate goal is to be healthy
for my family.
Thank you for being my inspiration!! :)

Hi Nikki,
I am an Army wife. My husband and I
did the city hall wedding, but June is our destination
wedding date. My husband and I want to have a wedding
since none of our family were there.
I have been on
Weight Watchers for one month and have lost no weight.
I have been following the Flex Plan,
but am switching
to the Core Plan, which will control
my eating more. I am exercising. I am following the
Buff Brides program. I
just don't feel I am getting results.
I gave myself the incentive of ordering my gown in a
size 18.
I have to lose 5 inches of my hips and waist,
as well as 2 off my chest. I also want to lose inches
off my arms.
I need help. My first fitting is in the
beginning of January.
I don't want to embarrass myself
and not have my dress fit.
Thanks,
N
